Where I've been: Round the world trip x 3, Usual routes, South East (Thailand, cambodia, Malysia, Singapore, Asia, Indonesia, Oz, NZ, Pacific islands, North America for 3 months in a camper van, camper van across western europe, southern Africa, worked as a volunteer in a spinal injury unit in Bangladesh for a month, Dubai, bits and bobs in Europe - Iceland, Sweden, finland, France, Spain, Germany, etc. Cycle rides across Cuba, China and Brazil.
Where i'm heading next: Lisbon for a half marathon in March, Qatar to see some friends in April, Amsterdam for a wheelchair rugby competition in June, Across europe in the camper van over the summer.
